          The Model 45 is an industry innovation and technology for solid sheet thermoforming. It Introduces the Computer Adjustable Shut Height System (CASH) which uses a measuring system to check loads on the frame and able to set tonnage limits to match and not exceed the machine specifications. The new CASH lets the tool shut heights to be adjusted with up to 3/8" travel.
          New "Saddle Style" Platen System with an innovative design to ensure flatness. This modular design allows the platen to be easily removed from the former. It is easily adapted to work with any tooling at 125 tons of forming pressure when used with the new CASH system. An advanced air system, with the latest technology available.
