The Irwin Research & Development Model 50 Vertical Trim Stack (VTS) Trim Press was the first to market a high speed vertical trim press with "Irwin's" patented "Auto Start" servo feed, which allows hands free threading of the sheet into the treadle sheet guides.

         The VTS features vertical stacking up to 10" (254mm), coupled with side conveying of product, bagging system and our model 50-'04 Chesaw makes this trim press package the least labor intensive in the industry. The greater cycle speed is achieved from our lightweight, aluminum-cast platen that is driven from four points and drives a linear motion treadle with two connecting rods.
