Mark-60 bag closing system
Closes 60 bags per minute with Kwik Lok style clips, or the optional I-LOK clip, from three in-line stages mounted on a conveyor.

How it works
First in line is the four-brush system that aligns the bag with the product. Longer bristles are more forgiving, easier to set, and let bags flow freely without jams or misfeeds.
Second is the bag gathering system. A single lower belt carries the product to the second stage, where a higher-speed top and bottom drive wheel gathers the bag length by about half. A third stage of upper and lower belts holds the gathered bag and transfers its neck to the clip for a lock that holds the entire bag.
Third is the clip closer. It uses Kwik Lok style clips, or the optional I-LOK clip, behind an easy-access door with a magnetic lock, so operators reach the clip strip without tools and with less downtime.
An anti-stick drive system stops bags wrapping around the drive, which has improved uptime and reduced maintenance. A conveyor with height adjustment for your product stacks is also available.
