Heat tunnels run 200 to 220 inches with standard 5/8-inch tubular heaters, or combinations of tubular and quartz, or all quartz. Siemens S7-1500T control provides precise PID heat control.
The former takes 26 to 46-inch sheet with a 44 by 40-inch mold area, 60-ton press rating and shut heights from 6 inches standard to 10 inches optional, or 25 inches in Mini-Magnum form.
